You can effectively set standards and advocate for their adoption. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Lead localization efforts, including text, voice-over (VO), and graphical assets. Set and maintain English string standards to ensure clarity, consistency, and localization readiness. Develop and enforce localization guidelines, style guides, and glossaries. Collaborate with development teams to define localization schedules, goals, budgets, and milestones. - Source, onboard, and manage external vendors for translation, LQA, and geopolitical review. Integrate translations and corrections during LQA and ensure seamless implementation. Work with UI/UX and Audio teams to establish localization-friendly workflows and tools. Support geopolitical and cultural review processes in partnership with Legal and other stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of professional game localization experience, including hands-on game localization and internationalization. Expertise in translation technologies. Strong understanding of game development pipelines, especially in narrative, UI, and audio integration. Experience managing global teams and vendors across time zones and geographies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience with AI-powered translation tools and post-editing workflows. Familiarity with localization file formats (.xml, .json, .csv, .po). Knowledge of geopolitical sensitivities and regulatory compliance in global markets. Background in game narrative, voice-over production, or UI/UX localization. Experience with Unreal Engine.
