Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the construction and repair of units in compliance with Satellite Shelter's policies and procedures and according to specifications aligned by Operations Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Yard organization and cleanliness
Mobile office material inventory management
Organize, maintain, load & unload furniture (Satellite Specialty Products)
Remove and replace lighting, plumbing and electrical
Perform moderate carpentry work/repair.
Interface with customers at job sites
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No formal supervisory role.
Required Skills:
Must be a Self-Starter; has the ability to work independently & take initiative
Problem-solver
Forklift experience
Utility trailer experience
Entry level to intermediate level construction experience required
Moderate carpentry and electrical experience.
Organized
HVAC experience preferred but not required.
Physical/Mental Demands:
Wears personal protective equipment as required
Demonstrated ability to perform rigorous outside and indoor duties including walking, standing, climbing, stooping, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, sitting, lifting, grasping, pushing, pulling, manual dexterity, etc.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support lead technicians in all aspects of water/wastewater mechanical equipment repairs and maintenance at both pump stations and water/wastewater treatment facilities.
Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on pumps, motors, blowers, and related process equipment.
Must have basic knowledge in phases of general construction.
Perform laser shaft alignment and vibration testing. Hands-on training provided.
Minor welding or fabrication as needed.
Help stage tools, rigging, and materials; set up and break down job sites.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and confined-space safety protocols; complete service reports and daily logs.
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response.
Qualifications

2+ years as a technician in general construction or industrial maintenance, with a mechanical focus (pumps, piping, rotating equipment)
Must be comfortable working in and around wastewater environments

Medication Technician Responsibilities:
Assists in maintaining the physical, social, and psychological environment that supports the best interest and welfare of the residents
Exercises independent judgment and discretion in the performance of personnel tasks with the understanding that the responsibilities are not routine or limited to resident care matters. Maintains a clean, safe environment in the community

The Specialist is responsible for patient Family Medical Leave (FMLA) and Disability forms completion and determination for eligibility of these services in collaboration with Providers practice standards. This includes clear communication with patients and their leave/disability companies, providing resources, and ensuring leave accommodation protocols are implemented and tracked effectively. The Specialist is responsible for answering basic leave/disability questions and guiding patients and disability companies through patient's entire leave. The Specialist is also responsible for providing adequate and timely supporting records for leave/disability claims.
