Rotating weekend availability is required. RN - $36.00 - $43.00 per hour. Pay is commensurate with licensure (LPN or RN) and years of post-license experience. Generous extra pay for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities LPNs/RNs are members of a self-directed team and are responsible for providing exceptional care, supporting leisure, maintaining a safe and clean home, and providing meal and laundry support for those who live in the home. As a nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents are living according to their desires. Qualifications Current NYS RN license Current NYS CPR certification Minimum of one year of experience as an RN Previous experience with elder care is desired Leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required Required to attend full orientation Compliance with NYS Department of Health immunization requirements. Description & Responsibilities The Nurse Manager is a growth-oriented leader who uses team process, coaching, and team strategy to drive change.
