An industry-leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of HR Technology to lead enterprise-wide HR systems strategy, optimization, and innovation. This is a high-impact role supporting major technology initiatives-including an upcoming ERP migration-while driving process improvement and elevating the employee experience through technology.
What You'll Do:
Lead strategy, optimization, and oversight of HR technology platforms, workflows, and integrations.

Primary responsibilities are to perform structural fitting functions with following objectives:
Perform structural fitter assignments as assigned.
Work safe and maintain a safe working environment.
Notify foreman or supervisor of any safety and/or structural issues as warranted.
Duties:
Lays out, positions, aligns and fits together fabricated structural steel plate according to customer specifications and direction from Foreman/Supervisor.
Required to move parts into position, manually, by hoist or crane, and align parts, using jacks, etc.
May be required to remove high spots and cut bevels, using hand files, portable grinders, and/or cutting torch, as well as give directions to the welder to build up low spots or short pieces.
May, at times, be required to tack weld, as necessary.
Consults with foreman or supervisor regarding installation or repair problems, sequence of operations, and time required to complete repair and/or installation
Attend safety meetings as required
Maintain a safe working environment
Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience and Training:
Minimum one year experience as a structural fitter (shipyard experience preferred, but not required)
Be able to perform simple paper work as required for filling out forms and logs.
Special Requirements/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to communicate and take directions from Foreman & Supervisor.

Barge chemical environment. Requires prolonged kneeling, standing, walking, twisting, climbing, and the ability to lift and carry in access of 120 lbs, assisted.
Ability to work in varied conditions (i.e.: heat, cold, rain, ice, snow, etc.), inside and outside.
Able to work in confined space, heights and operate equipment efficiently and safely.

**Job Title: VTL Manual Machinist (Nights)** **Job Description** Join a dynamic service and repair company specializing in pumps and rotating equipment as an HBM Manual Machinist. You will work in the shop to recondition various types of pumps, including split case, overhung, horizontal, and multistage pumps, using blueprints and drawings.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform line bores on pumps, drilling, facing, and working on square plates, base plates, and internal pump parts.
+ Machine components such as shafts, sleeves, rings, impellers, heads, and casings with part dimensions ranging from 4" to 7'.
+ Work with materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and bronze.
+ Create serrated finishes for flanges, dial pins, cut diameters on IDs, and mount faces for bearing houses and keyways.
+ Utilize manual lathe, mill, and boring mill machinery effectively.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 7 years of experience as a Manual Machinist.
+ Proficiency in vertical turret lathe machining and vertical mill (Bridgeport machine).
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Extensive experience with pump parts and manual machining techniques.
+ Skilled in using micrometers and calipers.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with turbine or compressor part machining.
+ Ability to work with extremely tight tolerances.

Employees enjoy paid breaks and an unpaid lunch, working 50 to 60 hours weekly, with occasional Sundays at double time. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, a work shirt, and safety glasses.
