ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Service/Install/Repair in an efficient and safe manner to assigned HVAC, Chiller, and Refrigeration equipment/duties for existing and new accounts. Working knowledge of all mechanical systems including trouble shooting, repair, and maintain complex mechanical HVAC equipment helpful. Have some working knowledge of PC's, application software, and Building Management Systems. Have working knowledge of schematic reading. Will be responsible for performing chiller PMs, troubleshooting/repairs, overhauls, major inspections, retrofits and tear downs. Maintain record of work performed and parts/materials used. Utilizes company and vendor resources. Ensure standards, policies, procedures, and maintenance of a clean work area are always upheld. Ability to follow schedules and budgets. Wear company uniform and required safety PPE, perform job hazard analysis. Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, verbal, and written communication. Interact with customer by offering status reports of service before, during, and after each call. Be able to explain technical information, effectively and professionally to technical and not-technical audience.
