  • Equipment Hub Technician

    Bigfoot Beverages 4.1company rating

    Winston, OR jobs

At Bigfoot, equipment is not background noise - it's how our brands show up in the world. Vending Machines. Coolers. Fountains. Draft systems. Event setups. If it's on the floor, in the backroom, or at a festival, it matters. We're looking for an Equipment Hub Technician to own the preparation, refurbishment, organization, and deployment of our equipment out of the Roseburg hub. This role is hands-on, mechanical, physical, and incredibly important. You will be the difference between “it technically works” and “this looks dialed.” If you like fixing things, making systems better, and being the quiet force behind a flawless execution - keep reading. What doing it right looks like for our Equipment Hub Technician: Inspecting, evaluating, and refurbishing returned or stored equipment Performing basic repairs, cleaning, and preventative maintenance to get equipment ready for redeployment Staging, labeling, and preparing equipment for installs, upgrades, replacements, and special events Keeping accurate inventory on what we have, where it is, and whether it's ready to roll Flagging equipment that's nearing end-of-life and giving feedback on recurring issues Coordinating parts and supply ordering so we're never dead in the water Loading and unloading equipment safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and lift gates Maintaining a clean, organized, safe equipment hub (this is a big one - chaos is not our brand) Coordinating disposal and recycling of obsolete or damaged equipment Supporting special event setups and breakdowns when scheduled Communicating proactively with Service, Sales, and the Craft Beer & On-Premise team about availability, shortages, or delays Driving company vehicles safely and representing Bigfoot professionally wherever you go In short: you make sure the right equipment is in the right place, in the right condition, at the right time. Qualifications Who you are Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical, refrigeration, equipment systems - you're comfortable around all of it) Organized, detail-driven, and self-motivated Someone who sees a problem and fixes it - not someone who walks around it A team player who communicates clearly and follows through A work ethic that doesn't need babysitting Comfort working in a warehouse environment and out in the field when needed What we need from you High School Diploma or GED Experience with mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration systems Ability to obtain refrigeration certification within 12 months of hire Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one) Ability to meet Bigfoot's driving standards and pass pre-employment screening It'd be great if you had A technical degree or certification Equipment installation experience Physical Reality Check (because we don't sugarcoat this) This is a physical role. You will be lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, climbing, and maneuvering heavy equipment. Some machines weigh hundreds of pounds. You will have tools and support - but this is not a desk job. If you like working with your hands and being in motion, you'll love it. If you don't, this will be a long week. What's my shift: This is a full-time position, non-exempt position. The schedule is Monday - Friday with a start time of 8:00 am. 40 plus hours weekly, with overtime as necessary. There will be rotating on-call shifts throughout the year during the evenings and weekends. As a service tech, you'll also need to: Employee must meet company standards for driving a company vehicle, pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Employee must pass a DOT physical and obtain a Medical Card. Change is the only constant: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
