What You'll Do As a Production Assembler, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH. You'll get to: · Assemble rigid couplings and band clamps to blueprint · Performs etching operation on rigid couplings, bands and flanges, etc. · Understand and know what all parts and components of the rigid couplings and band clamps are and their functionality · Print finished product labels and ensure accuracy of completed product and label · Packing the finished parts · Set up and operate back banders, rollers and spot welding machines · Visual inspection of all components to ensure quality standards are met · Use calipers, micrometers and tape measures to ensure parts are made to spec · Read and understand blue prints · Clock in and out of jobs in JDE · Must be willing to work outside of your current position and department as qualified and needed · Perform daily housekeeping task.
