Within this team, you will have the opportunity to work on Data Center projects of various sizes across the country. The Mission Critical space requires a very proactive, responsive, and efficient design team with projects serving Fortune 10 companies who are making headlines with transformational projects. The candidate will work directly with clients to successfully implement and manageproject design and construction administration. The candidate will be responsible for ProjectManagement, development of project team members, and for supporting and managing civil site design services of private data center projects. Your Key Responsibilities
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to undertake site development projects related to their planning, design and engineering. Client types include private developers, general contractors, and architects.

- Ability to review, markup, and coordinate the delivery of documentation in various project phases including site plans, utility plans, grading plans, stormwater systems as well as other components of the project.
- Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought.
- Thorough understanding of the land development process and ability to effectively communicate ideas to others.
- Assist the design team in the creation of sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats.
- Assist with proposal development, interviews, and presentations.
- Market and support client growth throughout North America.
- Utilizes technologies in development of three-dimensional models of civil systems and provides markups for junior engineers/designers.
- Develops and manages the project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
- Conducts quality assurance and quality control on own projects and projects of peers.
- Assists in the development of new standards and processes for the team.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Strong understanding of all phases of project document production
- Strong knowledge of civil systems means and methods, materials, and industry standards.

**Pay Range:**
- Locations in MN, VT, & Various CA, NY Areas - Min Salary $ 88,300.00 - Max Salary $ 128,000.00
- Locations in CO, HI, IL, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas - Min Salary $ 97,100.00 - Max Salary $ 140,800.00
**Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.

This role is responsible for overseeing highly complex projects and/or multi-project programs, guiding project teams, and serving as a primary client-facing leader. The Senior ProjectManager will bring deep expertise in carrier and tower developer site acquisition, zoning, permitting, and real estate processes while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications
15+ years of civil engineering, design, and management of utility water projects experience

Client contacts and relationships with local municipalities, area counties, water management authorities and local, regional, state agencies.
Business development skills, proven ability to win work, and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work.
Demonstrated ability to manageprojects profitably.
Strong desire and ability to be engaged with clients solving project problems.
Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.
Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills.

Job Summary
Langan is seeking an Senior Environmental ProjectManager to join its collaborative team in Cincinnati, OH. This individual will serve a key function in identifying and managing environmental/engineering projects and proposals, conducting engineering research and analysis, and supervising field investigations and laboratory analysis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage diverse projects, solve problems and overcome challenges in restoring the environment and returning blighted properties to productive re-use while protecting and enhancing the environment.
Job Responsibilities
Perform complex analyses for specific portions of broader engineering and environmental projects;
Participate in the identification and pursuit of new clients, develop additional work within an existing project and attend business development meetings with new and existing clients;
Provide direct oversight and management of junior staff for specific project assignments. Coach, train, and motivate staff assigned to Environmental projects. Participate in interviewing and hiring staff;
Supervise field activities and ensure correct interpretations of findings. Ensure that data collection and laboratory analyses are completed correctly, within budget, and on time;
Manage and deliver on multiple projects and tasks within specific budgets, schedules, and deadlines. Prepare progress reports and draft change orders. Prepare draft invoices, project billings, and assist in payment collections;
Effectively organize, write, and edit reports, draft proposals, and other documents;
Coordinate other work groups within the same or different office locations and/or within the same or different disciplines on an as-needed basis;
Interface effectively and professionally with clients, contractors, subcontractors, staff, project personnel, supervisors, and others; and
Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or Science; Master's degree preferred;
In-depth knowledge and understanding of EPA, CERCLA, and RCRA regulations;
10+ years of practical experience with environmental investigations and remediation projects;
Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) required;
Strong people, project, and client management skills;
Knowledge of quantitative/technical analyses and related software;
