As a loader technician, you will: * Load green coffee into the Green Coffee Cleaning and Green Coffee Silo Storage system. * Monitor and maintain green coffee dust collection system. * Coordinate with roasting and logistics partners to ensure schedules are met * Assist with coaching and mentoring of new loader technicians. * Ensure inventory accuracy by maintaining records and completing map of incoming product dock (IPD) for green coffee. * Operate forklift to transport green coffee from interim storage locations in the plant to the loading platform area. * Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for the loading station and green coffee silo storage Areas. * Advise maintenance partners of conditions impairing safe and correct operation of green coffee loading and transfer systems. * Demonstrate and understand safety as a core value and follow the key essentials to safety as set forth by our safety resolution; reinforces and coaches others to do the same. * Understand and follow established safety guidelines, consistently comply with all safety procedures (e.g. PPE, Lock Out Tag Out). * Support food safety, legality and quality programs. * Maintain product quality through adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety Preventative Controls, product specifications and quality procedures. Monitors and documents quality measures using analytical tools. * Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives and Starbucks Mission & Values. * Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
