NIDO is targeting a clearance by the FDA in 2022 and starting commercialization the same year. Thomas has been granted French American Entrepreneur of the year 2016 and is a regular guest at the entrepreneurial finance program at Babson College.

As CEO and board member of Visibly, Brent grew the company revenue from $50k in sales per month to $500K per month by increasing US and International licensing partners from 3 to 40 within 15 months of being hired. His charisma and creativity helped the company become the premiere online vision test supplier to large and small vision companies. In addition, Brent raised $10MM in new capital to support the significant growth of the company. Currently, Visibly in working to become the first FDA-approved online vision test available to consumers, as well as gaining a CE Mark in Europe. Prior to joining Visibly, Brent founded Highlands Ventures in 2014. He raised $11MM in funding to purchase Halo Group and Flash Recruit. Brent served as CEO of Halo Group and serves as a board member of Flash Recruit. Under Brent’s direction, Halo Group sales grew from $26MM to $40MM in 18 months. The company purchased Sonoma Consulting and Geneva Technical Services before being sold to Global Employment Services in 2017. Brent spent 15 years at Careerbuilder prior to founding Highlands Ventures, starting as a Sales Manager and quickly working his way up to Chief Operating Officer and President, North America. While at Careerbuilder, Brent led growth of sales from $200 million in revenue to $690 million in revenue as President and COO, and helped lead growth from $10 million to $200 million in revenue as SVP of Sales. In addition, Brent led a $300 million transition of the company from solely recruitment advertising to software solutions. He was responsible for $40 million in eCommerce and managed a P and L of $690 million including a $105 million marketing spend with a headcount of 1,800. Brent served as Manager of Business Services for Xerox Corporation, where he worked for from 1991 - 2000. During his tenure at Xerox, Brent was a top-performing sales person which resulted in five years of sales leadership for the company. Brent is also a growth and employment expert who regularly shares his knowledge with national TV and radio, and speaks at various industry forums on a volunteer basis to discuss hiring trends and workplace developments. He has appeared on Nightly Business Report, FOX Business Countdown to the Closing Bell, CNN American Morning, BusinessWeek Weekend and National Public Radio among others. Brent holds a BA from Hope College and an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. Brent has served a number of corporate and nonprofit boards including A Better Chicago, Central Desktop, and Balihoo, Inc. He is currently Chairman of the Board, Highlands Ventures, LLC, and a board member of Flash Recruit, LLC, Global Employment Solutions, and Visibly, Inc.
