Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church preferred.
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Must have current DCF 45-hour training completed, National CDA and Director's credential.

Prior experience as assistant director or center director required.

Reports defects, accidents, and violations.

Plans and adjusts routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, GPS, or other navigation devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
Verifies delivery address and coordinates with pickup and delivery sites.
Maneuvers truck into loading and unloading position and loads/unloads/secures load on location.
Completes and submits fuel, toll, and other receipts to Admin Supervisor as needed.
Communicates effectively with staff and customers, addresses concerns, maintains a professional appearance and recognizes the driver represents the company.
Communicates and coordinates with Industry Management on schedule.
Loads and unloads trucks with forklifts and pallet jacks
Performs pre- and post- trip vehicle inspection reports.
Any other task as assigned by Industry Management.
Requirements:
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED. Three (3) years of CDL A truck driving experience. No DUI or reckless driving on record; Clean MVR.
Language Skills: Ability to read assembly instructions. Ability to speak effectively with customers and vendors.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of people and situations.
Specialized Knowledge and/or Skill:
Strong knowledge of safety regulations.
Physical fitness, since Truck Drivers are required to pass a physical exam every two years.
Hand-eye coordination, since they must coordinate their hands, legs and eyes to maintain a fast reaction time on the roads.
Visual and hearing acuity, in accordance with federal regulations which mandate that truck drivers have to hear a forced whisper at 5 feet, have at least 20/40 vision, a 70-degree field of vision and the ability to distinguish the colors of traffic lights.

POSITION OVERVIEW The Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule (IFR) on preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment. This manager will actively promote a culture of safety, proactive risk management, program excellence, and on-going regulatory readiness; and lead quality improvement activities. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule (IFR) standards on preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment;
Work closely with site director and PO team to create written policies and procedures that provide a safe, structured, and productive environment that meet federal and state guidelines;
Ensure that all members of the team are actively functioning in accordance with the standards
Liaise with ORR's PSA Coordinator, the designated FFS, and the designated PO to implement the IFR within 6 months of shelter facility opening and ensure compliance with all the standards thereafter;
Serve as the point of contact for ORR's PSA Coordinator regarding matters related to the IFR standards and disseminate all information to site director and PO team;
Respond to all ORR and PSA Coordinator requests;
Be accountable for compliance issues at the UC Care Provider facility.
Compile Data and Create Reports as necessary;
Create and Provide effective communication for staff and children on PSA safety guidelines, i.e.: trainings, webinars and written notices;
Maintain all records for audit purposes
Upon request, this role may be required to travel with UAC, 14 and under, to locations in the United States.
