What you will do:
The SunCoast Region Recruitment Supervisor manages the operations of the Recruitment Team and coordination of recruitment activities. This includes overseeing the work of the region's Hiring Specialists, Hiring Assistants and agency hiring needs. The supervisor assists staff with critical class (Adult Protective Investigators, Child Protective Investigators & Eligibility Specialists) recruitment and hiring, which requires a working knowledge of Florida Statute, Florida Administrative Code, Department of Management Services rules, Department Operating Procedure, Human Resources policies and procedures.
How you will make an impact:
In addition to supervising employees, this position is responsible for developing talent and recruitment strategies that meets the mission and goals set forth by the agency and builds strong relationships with hiring managers and ensures that overall sourcing strategies and plans are developed and executed timely.
* Monitor unit performance, productivity, and quality of work to ensure appropriate distribution of work and service commensurate to hiring needs. Ensure adherence to collective bargaining unit contracts. Conduct regular unit meetings that clearly communicate changes in procedures and job-related activities to promote effective, efficient, and consistent performance of assigned staff.
* Respond appropriately and timely regarding complaints and feedback regarding Recruitment Team staff or quality of work performed. Formulate and implement corrective action plans and progressive coaching documentation. Identify Staff and Unit training needs by analyzing statistical data, work products results, feedback, and direct observation.
* Actively participate in the Recruitment and Hiring decision-making processes. Assume leadership responsibility for hiring, quality assurance, training, productivity analysis, and problem resolution. Responsible for maintaining and providing working reports and identifying candidate resource needs in accordance with regional plan.
* Build candidate sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; attend job fairs/conferences, professional engagement groups and association meet ups; provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits; make presentations; and maintain rapport. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
* Engage with and source candidates through online social networking tools and technology, while representing and promoting the agency brand; Identify and source qualified candidates through various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, , Facebook, Boolean searches, etc.).
* Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates. Seek out professionals with the right combination of experience, education, and skills to fill a particular position.

Qualifications:
* Five years of experience in performing recruitment and selection activities; and

Power Enterprise
The Power Enterprise, within the SFPUC, has two separate power programs, Hetch Hetchy Power, San Francisco's Publicly Owned Utility serving 150 MQ of retail load, and CleanPowerSF, San Francisco's Community Choice Aggregation program, serving 500+ MW of retail load. Power Enterprise serves this load with a combination of owned and purchased resources. SFPUC owns and operates the Hetch Hetchy Water and Power Project, which includes hydro-electric power generation in Moccasin, California; solar arrays throughout San Francisco; and biogas cogeneration facilities, which together produce cost-effective energy with a zero greenhouse gas (GHG-free) emission profiles. Position Description
The 7229 Transmission Line Supervisor is the supervisor in the High Voltage Maintenance Department, and is responsible for the supervision of Transmission and Distribution Line Workers who are engaged in the construction and maintenance of transmission and distribution electric facilities. Directs and coordinates the activities of the Transmission and Distribution Line Workers. The 7229 Transmission Line Supervisor oversees electric transmission distribution maintenance construction for all new redevelopment areas in San Francisco, Treasure Island, and the San Francisco International Airport. Nature of work requires considerable physical effort and manual dexterity with frequent exposure to inclement weather and serious accident hazards.
Essential duties include:
* Supervises 7350 Transmission and Distribution Line Workers.
* Supervises emergency response to power outages and damaged equipment and street light O&M and emergency repair.
* Supervises the inspection of overhead and underground electrical infrastructure.

Under general direction from the Division Chief of Coral Springs Regional Institute of Public Safety (CSRIPS), the CSRIPS Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supporting the Institute's programs and courses, assisting with special projects and providing guidance to the instructors and students. This position will also provide day-to-day operational guidance regarding academic and operational necessities to ensure activities, requests, and issues are either handled at this level or, if needed, directed through the appropriate channels and resolved efficiently.
Example of Duties
* Leads support personnel for program administrators, instructors and clinical coordinator.
* Oversees the student admissions process.
* Coordinates student transfers ensuring all compliance activities and financial obligations are met.
* Orchestrates the supply chain for program resources including, but not limited to, curriculum on vendor platform, books, consumable supplies, and space. Facilitate vendor scheduling for review sessions.
* In the absence of the Program Coordinator or Program Administrator, resolves student and instructor concerns/matters. Takes corrective action which may include providing guidance with student exceptions, withdrawals, dismissals, refunds, and transfers. If issues can't be resolved, this position would escalate matter to the Division Chief.
* Facilitates necessary updates on policy and procedures with instructors and staff.
* Handles special projects assigned by the Division Chief.
* Develops training plans and coordinates training programs for all CSRIPS academic advisors and support personnel. Ensures training plans meet compliance requirements as defined by the licensing and accrediting bodies. Ensures training plans support cross-training efforts for business continuity.
* Oversees the Veterans Affairs School Certifying Officials to ensure students are meeting their training requirements.
* Coordinates training schedule to ensure sufficient availability for CSRIPS customer and instructor support.
* Partners directly with Human Resources on the instructor recruitment process.
* Facilitates tasks to process hired instructors (IT access, , student information system instructor records, uniform, etc.).
* Facilitates onboarding of instructors with program administrators to acclimate instructors to CSRIPS.
* Coordinates process for terminating CSRIPS Instructors and notifies the Division Chief and Human Resources.
* Facilitates semi-annual evaluation and annual formal evaluations for staff.
* Participates and may recommend candidates for staff vacancies.
* In the absence of the Fire Program Administrator, manages facility maintenance and issues including, but not limited to, vendor coordination, scheduling maintenance, providing guidance to maintenance support and reporting facility issues.
* Facilitates website updates including content management within all programs.
* Coordinates marketing initiatives for CSRIPS to include events and supplies.
* Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years' mid-level management of an educational institute preferred. A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Operations Supervisor position manages all day-to-day operations of stack programs and the personnel at our Antioch location. It will be the responsibility of the Operations Supervisor to train, mentor, manage and develop Antioch's project managers, as needed. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline from an accredited university or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
10 years of project management experience with a preference that 5 of those years were in a people manager position monitoring an office P&L.
Stack testing experience is strongly preferred.
Experience/exposure to working within a professional consulting, team-oriented environment and experience performing client, project, and staff management.
Ability to maintain and apply a broad understanding of financial management principles and business acumen and review/evaluation of cost center P&L.
Strong project management, supervisory and business development experience.
Experience dealing with clients and managing expectations and delivery.
Hold a strong network of clients and the ability to drive new business.
Demand the highest quality outcomes, maintain standards, and pay attention to detail.

This position is for an Eligibility Supervisor - SES in the Tampa Service Center or North Pinellas Service Center. Teleworking is not an option for SES positions. Some travel will be required. Facility is a tobacco free environment.
The bi-weekly salary range for this position is $1,577.46 - $2,869.69.
The individual occupying this position is responsible determining initial and ongoing eligibility for social service programs, including reviewing, and analyzing error-prone and complex cases to evaluate the quality and quantity of services, conducting trainings, and monitoring staff as appropriate.

* OR an associate's degree or higher from an accredited college or university can substitute for the work experience.
* OR 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours can substitute for the experience.
* Two years or more of supervisory experience leading a diverse team.
* Must be willing to travel.
PREFERENCES
* Experience with process improvement, performance management, project management or employee engagement.
* Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, entrepreneurship, accounting, hospitality, human resources or a related field.
