Prior to the consulting transition, Russ held executive leadership roles for nearly 20 years, having served as CEO of Keystone Dental Inc., Chief Commercial Officer and later President of Zest Dental Solutions, President of Henry Schein Orthodontics (HSO), and General Manager for Macropore Biosurgery. Before moving into leadership/C-suite roles, his career accomplishments have been focused in the marketing discipline holding positions in nearly every aspect of medical device marketing to include senior marketing management, all levels of product management, marketing research, and marketing communications. He held Vice-President of Global Marketing positions with Biomet 3i and Zimmer Dental prior to the merger of those organizations as well as senior marketing assignments with Stryker Leibinger and Macropore, Inc. Other employers have included Olympus Endoscopy and The American Red Cross. Russ has a B.S. with a concentration in marketing from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh where he graduated with Cum Laude honors and was voted \'The Most Outstanding Student\' in the marketing major. He earned an MBA at San Diego State University, graduating at the top of his class and completing a mini thesis on \'The Adoption and Diffusion of New Medical Technology\'. He has completed additional graduate level coursework and seminars at University of San Diego, UCLA, The University of Chicago, and Seton Hall University. His experience spans smaller start-ups as well as larger established medical device companies in public, privately-held, and private-equity sponsored environments.

William J. Brady

William J. Brady, Jr. has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer and a director since he joined our company in January 2010. Previously, Mr. Brady was Executive Vice President of Cabot Corporation, or Cabot, a specialty chemical company, from 2004 to 2009. Throughout his twenty-three year experience, Mr. Brady held numerous positions at Cabot in the United States and Japan, including General Manager of the Carbon Black business. Under his leadership, the business completed significant expansions in China and Brazil, and executed a major global initiative in energy efficiency. In addition, he led the commercialization of two start-up businesses at Cabot in ink jet colorants and elastomer composites. Mr. Brady currently serves on our board of directors and is Chairman of the Board of our affiliate, Frontier Renewable Resources, LLC. In addition, he is Chairman of the Washington D.C. based Advanced Ethanol Council, or AEC, which working on the commercialization of advanced and cellulosic ethanol development by establishing public policies and expanding the market for ethanol. Mr. Brady is also a member of the Board of Trustees at the University of Scranton. Mr. Brady is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Chemistry and received his M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Carlos D. Urmacher

A co-founder of CBLPath via the CBL acquisition, Carlos Urmacher is certified by the American Board of Pathology in Surgical Pathology and Dermatopathology. He is a member of the U.S. and Canadian Academy of Pathology, a member of the College of American Pathologists, and a fellow of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. Dr. Urmacher has served as a member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of the New York Pathological Society, as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the World Health Organization and as a member of the editorial boards of The American Journal of Surgical Pathology and The American Journal of Dermatopathology. Prior to joining CBL in 2000 as Co-Director and Chief of Surgical Pathology, Dr. Urmacher served as Attending Pathologist at North Shore University Hospital – NYU School of Medicine in Manhasset, New York for nine years and as Attending Pathologist at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Associate Professor of Pathology at Cornell University Medical Center for 13 years. Dr. Urmacher is a frequent lecturer and has authored more than 70 articles and six medical textbook chapters. He graduated with an M.D. degree from the Central University of Venezuela and served as Chief Resident in Pathology at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York and as Chief Fellow in Pathology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and New York University Hospital. Dr. Urmacher was recently giving the honor of distinguished visitor professor in Pathology by Johns Hopkins.
