In this role, you will serve as the primary Field Service Technician, providing on-site technical maintenance and repairs. During periods of reduced service demand, you will transition into the Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) role, proactively visiting clients to assess equipment needs, recommending parts or service solutions, and identify growth opportunities to ensure year-round customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Duties include, but are not limited to: Field Service Operations (Primary) Technical Support: Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites, ensuring minimal downtime. Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and proactive services to keep equipment in optimal working condition. Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, including labor hours, parts used, and detailed fault findings in our business systems. Product Support & Sales (Secondary/Slow Periods) Customer Consultations: Conduct on-site equipment "walk-arounds" to assess wear and tear, recommending proactive parts or maintenance packages.
