In this vital role you will lead strategic initiatives that shape Amgen's Oncology Therapeutic Area future, with a focus on topics in the R&D space. Projects will be commissioned by Development leadership and will often require independent leadership of a cross-functional team, often via influencing. The Senior Manager should have management consulting experience, extending into external landscaping, preclinical deep dives, and cross-functional case development. They should be a strong communicator (oral and written), comfortable with portfolio analytics, executive presentations, and workshop facilitation/synthesis.
