What You'll Do:
As a key part of the clinical team, you'll design and oversee evidence-based behavioral programs tailored to meet each individual's needs, while supporting staff and ensuring compliance with treatment protocols.
• Conduct and document Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) • Design Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs), quarterly reviews, and licensing assessments • Train staff on behavior strategies, redirection, structured routines, and coping skills • Provide ongoing evaluations for new and existing residents • Collaborate with treatment teams, psychiatrists, and medical staff to ensure cohesive care • Attend and lead meetings such as program reviews, planning sessions, and team conferences • Monitor and model behavior intervention strategies in real time

Note: International students (i.e., F-1 visa holders w/ valid I-20 issued by LCC) must meet the following minimum enrollment requirements each semester, in order to maintain employment eligibility per United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS):
* Fall and/or Spring Semester(s) = 12.0 credits min. (taken over 16-week period)
* Summer Semester = 3.0 credits min. (taken over 8-week period)
Additional Position Requirements
* Minimum GPA of 3.0 at LCC or from high school
* Completion of the following course with a 3.0 or higher: Spanish 121
* Two references will be required. One must be from the Spanish LCC Instructor. You must provide the name of your LCC Instructor to the Learning Commons prior to a scheduled interview.
The second reference must be from a non-family member (e.g. current or previous employer, teacher, scout leader, etc.), name and contact information to be provided to the Learning Commons at the interview.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3.5 GPA or better at LCC or from high school.
* Experience tutoring, mentoring, teaching, and/or coaching (may be volunteer, internship, or professional work experience).
* Experience in customer service (may be volunteer, internship, or professional work experience).
