Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.
Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed electronic medical/health system (EHR).
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in State applying for.
Effective oral and written communication in English
Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.
Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.
Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day.
Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting.
History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders.
Psych or Addictions experience is a plus.

Case Worker 1 (Floater) ALL Counties Cumberland, Gloucester, Cape May, Atlantic City, Salem Counties The Case Worker 1 Floater will be scheduled at various Family and Community Centers located in Gloucester, Cumberland, Cape May, Atlantic and Salem Counties (as needed) where they will serve clients in need with care and dignity offering them the tools to be more independent moving forward. Assesses clients' financial need, ability to follow through with a plan, and adequacy of client documentation for particular funding requirements. Screens for possible presence of additional problem areas, such as substance abuse that could require additional assessment, referrals to other service providers, and follow up, and communicates this with Supervisor.
Makes necessary contacts to verify client information. Maintains confidentiality of all client information and services provided at all times, in accordance with the policy of Catholic Charities and state and federal laws.
Utilizes agency database to complete all client case notes in a timely and comprehensive manner
Assists in the tracking and collection of client and statistical data utilizing Excel spreadsheets and Word reports
Participates in staff meetings, department and agency-wide trainings, and represents Catholic Charities at regular monthly meetings with State and County partners, to report on activities and to advocate
for the needs and best interest of those facing homelessness
When appropriate, collaborates with other staff and volunteers to order, stock, and distribute food, and completes reports related to food distribution
Participates in the implementation and ongoing development and continuous improvement of the program.
Assists to train and supervise program volunteers
Ensures immediate and thorough communication to Regional Program Coordinator of program problems and provide recommended resolution to identified problem.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
High School or equivalent, bachelor's or master's degree.
Willingness to obtain your BCAT credential within 90 days of your start date (We provide all training!).
Ability to consistently travel between client sites within a 30-40-minute radius using reliable transportation.
Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Is a community-based mental health organization dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services since 1984. SJBHR is currently seeking a caring counselor for a full-time Partial Care Counselor position at our Adult Partial Care in Magnolia, NJ. Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Program Manager or designee, the Partial Care Counselor is responsible for the direct provision of supportive counseling services to assigned consumers and maintenance of up-to-date clinical records.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited college/university with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline with one (1) year of experience in a mental health or human services field; or an Associate's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline with three (3) years experience in a mental health or human services related field; or High School Diploma with five (5) years of work experience in a mental health or human services related field.
