Job Description
The NKU P-12 Pathway Programs Hub is a central office for providing P-12 programs to the Greater Cincinnati region. We introduce P-12 students to opportunities in higher education, emphasizing NKU, through a variety of programs at every age level.
Primary Responsibilities
* Assist with field trip logistics and other P-12 programs;
* Assist in designing and revising field trips and other P-12 event activities and logistics;
* Prepare swag for field trips;
* Participate in outreach activities to engage the community;
* Collect and enter data;
* Assist with summer camp day-time programming;
* Prepare Discovery Kits to be mailed to local schools;
* Optional: Facilitate career-related hands-on sessions.
Qualifications
Preferred Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student in health or education major.
Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills; enjoys interacting with elementary, middle, and high school students.
Interest in P-12 school outreach.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the Department chair and SLHS faculty with managing a social media content calendar, creating posts and event announcements, monitoring conversations about MSJ, and measuring the effectiveness of overall efforts.
Coordinated content on a minimum biweekly basis with established weekly outreach activities
Support the faculty and department with activities that support student engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Coordinate data collection as directed by the Department Chair, Program Coordinator, and faculty
Assist with marketing opportunities to help promote the SLHS and Master of Speech-Language Pathology (MSLP) programs.
Conduct outreach activities to current university applicants and answer questions via email, by phone, via scheduled Zoom information sessions, and by text message using the Department's social media accounts to highlight the activities of the department.
Gather and interpret relevant social media and recruitment data and metrics.
This position may require consultation with members of the University Communications team and frequent work with other members of the campus community.
