Does the leadership team provide a clear direction for Subvrsive?
There are none so far.
Great environment to work with. Full of talented people. And I feel I will learn a lot of new skills joining the team.
Still quite new. Need more experience and time to determine this.
Can't say anything for now more than that I'm very happy on how things currently are.
Quick review of the company website and focus my thoughts on the projects that has the same ideas or concepts from my previous projects and portfolio showcase.
Listening and very open to every members/ teams ideas.
Well compensated.
The idea of being part of the project that are new to me and exploring new things that are outside of my skill set that I know will help me improve my knowledge and skills.
Very well diversified demographics that complement each other in terms of work experience.
A chance to work with best brands in the world on most innovative projects with amazing people.
Company is still young and is going through a ton of growing pains which makes the work environment a bit scattered from time to time and not consistent.
Staying up to date with the latest tech trends and learning from smart individuals around me.
For the most part, the leadership is down to earth and are aiming to create a modern work culture and approach things differently than other companies.
Hire more people managers and not assume everyone can nurture and grow individuals. Have the CEO talk more about the company and why we exists and where we are going. Find ways to bring remote people to the HQ more.
Reviewed the company website, browsed their social media and connected with a few executive on Linked In to get to know them better.
I am definitely below average for the output and skillset that I provide.
I believe we are a pretty diverse crowd!
Working with my favorite people, collaborating to solve client challenges with creativity and technology.
Flexibility, maturity and fun vibes among the team, people are aligned here on making great work come to live and showing up smartly all around. Diversity culture-wise. Simple and fun engagement opportunities throughout the year. Fantastic clients/opportunities for work.
Pay isn't as competitive (yet) but understand it's the nature of the size of the company and where it's at in its growth journey!
That we are a global team and that helps allow for flexibility in your day.
Know when to zoom out and when to step into the weeds for support, advocacy and driving success. It's all about people having your back and vice versa that makes a team grow.
Process optimization across tech, PM and Ops. Yes, that impacts company culture :)
Tons of research on previous work/portfolio, looked up leadership team, and reporting on finances. LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Glassdoor. Spoke with folks in my network for reviews/insights as well. I was referred by another contractor.
It's lower. I'm at half my normal rate currently in hopes for payoff/roi later.
I feel at home as a hybrid myself. Love it so much. Love the accents, love the support and coaching that happens among the team for those that may not feel as comfortable in front of US centric, english-speaking clients — to ensure you as an SME have your voice heard and a seat at the table, regardless of your demo.
That we solve fun and hard problems with creativity and tech.
The people and the exciting work.
The leadership and mandates
There really aren’t any
Literally nothing - He’s a nice guy, but the leadership at Subvrsive is subpar, at best.
Remove the person in charge of the toxic culture for starters
