RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer instruction sheet releases, distribute to responsible party, and follow up with PIC for instruction sheet response. Issue feedback to customer portal.
Support official customer drawing download and transfer to SEWS systems and upload drawings into CMS. Distribute department engineering information releases to various parties.
Support running automated tasks for different models for early detection of unregistered component, new components, and low inventory parts. Distribute information to responsible groups.
Maintain/Update department's SharePoint documentation including feeder cable matrices, CRF's, rework standards, customer supply parts worksheets and relay assembly cross reference information.
Prepare BOM data for new design inputs from SWS and SAT-A. Upload documentation.
Maintain, update and release monthly project combined schedule to all related SEWS groups.
Control customer special build requests including pigtails and bench test parts. Discuss and arrange data input preparation with related groups, build, and delivery of parts.
Maintain 5S and Safety in the department areas.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT:
High School Degree/GED and Technical Certificate and 5-7 years of progressive engineering experience.
Intermediate to high computer knowledge including Microsoft Office particularly Excel, tables and charts.
Self-starter, proactive team player with “outside the box” thinking.

Key Responsibilities
Hands-On Electrical & System Testing
Perform soldering, rework, and PCBA debugging.

Accountabilities:
Design implement and manage the organization's computer systems and networks
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments
Ensure system availability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring and tuning
Ensure secure environment by proactively planning and patching/upgrading services, servers, network devices
Automate operational processes using scripting and configuration management tools
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures
Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies
Collaborate with Service Desk, Application and Cyber Security Teams
Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
Troubleshoot Level 3 and resolve system and network issues in a timely manner
Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
Required skills:

Configure hardware and implement security measures.

[Virtualization]
Experience with virtualization technologies like VMWare (mandatory), Hyper-V, Nutanix, KVM, proxmox…
Strong knowledge in SAN, NAS and related environment (e.g., Fiber Channel, iSCSI)
Monitoring and optimizing the performance of virtualized resources, including CPU, memory, and storage.
Deploying and managing virtual machines (VMs) and virtual desktops across the virtualized environment.
Manage Storage
Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across various storage platforms
[Backup]
Monitor backup jobs daily to verify successful completion and troubleshoot any failures or anomalies.
Manage backup infrastructure, including software Veeam, Commvault (mandatory) and hardware (e.g., tape libraries, NAS/SAN).
Perform regular restore tests to validate backup reliability and ensure compliance with recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO)
Experience with the following areas/products:
Fortinet products e.g. FortiManager, FortiWeb and FortiAnalyzer.
Cisco products. Catalyst, Nexus, Enterprise Wireless, ISE, Mobility Express.
Dell, Hpe, IBM
MFA, 2FA, OKTA
Desired skills:
Cisco CCNA Certification
VMWare Certification
Fortinet Certification
Required experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Networking/Infrastructure Engineering
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field
