Our LPN's provide services in the comfort of the patient's own home and are responsible for delivering quality care, appropriately and compassionately. We are looking to add enthusiastic members to join our independently owned and operated home health agency. Position Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Assist DON in establishment of plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice as defined in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
