We are seeking an experienced Paving Superintendent to oversee and manage paving projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive site supervision experience, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. This role requires leadership in coordinating crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The Paving Superintendent will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency across all phases of paving operations. Duties Maximize operational productivity of paving crews by appropriately allocating personnel, equipment, and trucking for each paving project. The Assistant Superintendent is responsible to support the Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in one or more operational areas of a construction project. This position may support the coordination and scheduling of multiple construction crews, helps to determine construction requirements, plans procedures, and ensures subcontract work meets required specifications. The position will also participate in the inspection of work and equipment to verify safety and ensure project operations specifications are met. In this role you may be required to travel up to 100% of the time. Responsibilities: + Assist Superintendents with monitoring of the project schedule and budget and work with superintendents to maintain and update.
