Monitor jobsite production rates to ensure bid productions and strategy are being met. Track the project schedule and keep the Project Manager informed of progress. Discuss project equipment schedule projections with the Project Manager. Attend all project Owner meetings. Submit required information for the preparation of pay applications. Review job cost reports with the Project Manager to assure accuracy and address any deviations from project estimations. Assist the Project Manager in formal project close-out as requested. Attend the project close-out meeting as requested. PROJECT OPERATIONS: Monitor all daily activities of assigned projects.
