The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:

Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Retail while advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs
+ Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs that support Retail and Consumer Goods clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)

About the Role
As the Demand Planner, you are a partner with supply chain, customer operations and finance in supporting our S&OP process. What You'll Do
Prepares demand forecasts by item for specific customers or sales channels using statistical forecasting methods.
Develop the aggregate demand plan and support assumptions of product lines for the monthly sales and operations planning process.
Maintain a rolling 12-month forecast by SKU that is a combination of the extended forecast for all active / inactive items (in transition) with input from Design & Innovation, Brand Leaders, and Channel Leaders.
Participate in the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process with Brand and Channel Leaders, Purchasing and Planning in support of a review with the CURiO Senior Leadership Team.
Ensure forecasting accuracy between any 3rd party forecasting platforms and the CURiO ERP system.

Track lost sales due to inventory constraints for future year modeling.

Supports and manages all subcontracted and purchased material for the Armament Systems Business Unit. The Senior Inventory Control Planner is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve inventory efficiency by monitoring and analyzing SKU and aggregate level inventory data. Based on data-driven insights, the person in this position will initiate and lead collaborative cross-functional efforts to address the root causes of excess or insufficient inventory as well as develop and implement new procedures to enhance inventory management
What You Will Do at Graco:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze inventory, delivery, cost and planning data to identify underperforming areas or trends related to inventory management
Apply a deep understanding of the parameters that drive multi-echelon inventory performance; perform root cause analysis to identify potential corrective and preventative actions to remedy underperformance
Create and present inventory reports to management, including identification of trends, patterns and areas for improvement
Continuous Improvement Delivery
Lead collaborative improvement initiatives in partnership with Manufacturing Managers, Manufacturing Planners, Sourcing, Business Leaders and Finance to improve inventory performance
Develop and implement inventory control procedures
Effectively identify ,manage and influence trade-offs between functions to minimize sub-optimization of overall inventory system performance
Project Management
Create detailed resource requirements, task plans and timelines to deliver improvements
Lead and drive successful completion of successful projects within budget and scope
Manage cross-functional teams, including stakeholder meetings
Manage stakeholder engagement through written documentation and presentations
Document actions, decisions and lessons learned
Prepare and lead briefings and other governance requirements and documentation
What You Will Bring to Graco:

Job Description
The Supply Planner role is a highly visible role working cross-functionally with our demand planning, production planning, manufacturing (including kitting and repacking) partners to create production and/or fulfillment plans. You will also serve as leader to drive continuous improvements refining performance and efficiencies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Job Functions)

The Supply Planner role is a highly visible role working cross-functionally with our demand planning, production planning, manufacturing (including kitting and repacking) partners to create production and/or fulfillment plans. Requirements
Education, Experience, Required Skills
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or Business strongly preferred
3+ years previous experience working in supply chain, sourcing or engineering preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in production planning software (ERP, MRP, or similar tools)
Able to problem-solve, work under pressure, and to effectively manage stress.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail
Able to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information.
Has excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Medical device and/or manufacturing background preferred
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer
Able to lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation
The typical base pay range for this role is between $65,000-75,000/year. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
