KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Operations Planning

Leadership & Team Development
Manage, coach, and develop a team of planners and buyers.

Drive process optimization efforts on an ongoing basis to remove process inefficiencies

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
APICS certification or other relevant qualification preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning) preferably in an environment of both manufactured and sourced finished goods
Strong knowledge of S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and ERP/MRP systems.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary and stock options are negotiated based on experience. The total compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to cash compensation, this role is eligible for a stock option grant.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator drives day to day execution of Fulton's global supply chain plan to ensure materials arrive on time, and in compliance with specific quality and ASME requirements. This role integrates SIOP updates with real-time import logistics, partnering closely with factories and forwarders to convert demand signals into executable plans, book and track shipments, resolve exceptions, and communicate status to stakeholders across CNY/FEP/HOU/UK operations. The Coordinator maintains shipment documentation, supports trade/compliance checks, and proactively expedites when needed to protect customer commitments delivering results in a way that reflects Fulton's HEART values and operating philosophy.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Convert demand signals from the weekly/monthly SIOP into executable plans with China and US factories, synchronize inbound ETAs with CNY/FEP/HOU/UK priorities, and proactively launch approved expedites (air/LCL/mode changes) with documented cost/benefit to protect customer commitments.
2) Plan/book international shipments tracking all necessary records and communicating with forwarders to prevent/resolve delays.

Your Role: As a supply chainanalyst, you will primarily be responsible for improving the efficiency of PEKO's supply chain operations through data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Collect data on supply chain operations the ensure that supply partners use the best combination of cost, quality, and delivery to meet customer requirements
Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency
Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors
Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards
Measure supply chain performance and report to management on KPIs
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in ERP systems
High degree of business ethics and accountability
Ability to work independently

A. JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain is in charge of developing and managing end-to-end supply chain for the site. They lead coordination activities with purchasing, business development, production, quality control and quality assurance on site to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of timely delivery and quantities. The position requires both customer and strategic focus while providing daily tactical leadership and support to the organization.
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain is responsible for materials management, demand/production planning, warehouse and distribution functions. They manage inventory accuracy across all warehousing and manufacturing locations and manage and maintain all material master information within the ERP system. As part of data and material management, they oversee the Artwork and Packaging engineering department to create bills-of-materials, manage customer artwork changes during the products life cycle coupled with the standardization and optimization of packaging components to optimize the performance of the packaging lines while meeting customer requirements. They are responsible for coordinating, creating and developing optimized production plans to best use the available capacity while maximizing the output to meet the customer demand and the site financial objectives.
B. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of quantities and delivery time
* Ensure customer satisfaction is meeting contractual requirements (>95% OTIF)
* Be the interface with customers in order to respect the defined satisfaction indicators
* Ensure the best negotiated customer service rate (annual and per machine objective)
* Ensure the application of the technical specifications and customer commitments with your team (Packaging Eng., Planning,…)

* Leads Operational Business Reviews Meetings with customer focused on reporting of contract implementation and performance (OTIF, QA,…)
Organize, plan and manage internal and external logistics operations
* Define planning rules with Operations and Site Direction for efficient load levelling of the production lines and personnel

* Ensure that organizational (production cycles) and technical needs are anticipated and communicated.
* Integrate the planning of facilities and engineering work, development activities and qualification and validation activities in the yearly production schedule

Manage and optimize all physical and digital flow from suppliers to customers
* Define the optimal organization of the whole department
* Responsible for guaranteeing the right level of RM, Packaging components and intermediate stocks based on the customers' demands and company objectives
* Ensure compliance with GMP and good distribution practices, procedures, instructions, regulations and HSE rules.in all warehouses
* Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales and Purchasing Department
* Improve the operation of the logistics department (internal + cross-functional processes)
* Manage, input and manage the information system (JDE) and specific software (labels, planning, barcode management) for all Supply Chain related information.

* Ensure that suppliers are given clear delivery schedules and expectations (Supplier OTIF, delivery days…) to optimize the use of warehouse resources and improve efficiency.
* Prevent supply disruptions while meeting inventory targets
* Ensure that internal customers (operations, development, QC…) have their products in a timely manner by coordinating the warehouse and distribution with other departments
* Ensure usage and completion of the Postproduction Tracking Tool to monitor batch release and guarantee products are shipped as per committed schedule
Manage Packaging Engineering Department (creation / modification / optimization)
* Define, oversee and optimize the overall flow and process of components and bill of material creation
* Guarantee and optimize the operational flow of packaging component from packaging development to chargeback management (artwork or specification change)
* Control the costs and charge back of packaging changes (based on customer or Unither's responsibility)
* Standardize packaging components and specifications (carton, labels, foils, shippers,…) as much as possible to support production Line performance
* Lead and measure the performance of the packaging process by means of reporting, shared and cascaded goals and objectives of compliance, deadlines, performance
* Ensure the capitalization of knowledge and the implementation of tools to help with creation/modification
* Ensure the compatibility of packaging for the formats common to all BFS lines during the creation of new products and all machine modifications
* Ensure the coordination of the various departments around the packaging approval flow
Develop and Manage the Team

Your profile
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Materials or Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
7+ years of experience in leading supply chain management, including at least 3 years of supply chain team direct management experience, preferably in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment.
Experience with implementation of business systems, and ERP experience required (JD Edwards or SAP preferred). Preferred but not required: Certification in CPIM, CSCP, and/or CLTD
