We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our client's team on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of parts to their assembly team. This individual will be responsible for meeting targets for vendor quality, on-time delivery of parts, setting inventory levels and making sure their ERP and parts picking software systems operate to expectations. This role will define the strategy for setting stocking levels and MOQs, as well as lead their vendor management efforts. Must have experience in a manufacturing environment and be very comfortable with leading change. This is a great opportunity for someone to build their own systems and processes, building them from the ground floor. The role will oversee the purchasing and inventory teams, reporting directly to the President. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain: Develop, implement and monitor supply chain strategies that align with production schedules and business objectives. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely sourcing of raw materials, purchased parts and ink supply. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure there is no disruption to production. Lead purchasing and warehouse teams to order materials as needed. Responsible for setting safety stock levels and minimum order quantities using historical usage and sales pipeline. Senior BI Analyst - Supply Chain Analytics 3-Month Contract with Long-Term Extensions Remote (first week onsite in Atlanta, GA) We are seeking a Sr Supply Chain BI Analyst with expertise optimizing pre-existing production SQL queries and Tableau dashboards that support critical supply chain reporting. Primary focus of this role is SQL and Tableau performance optimization - including reducing report runtimes, lowering Snowflake compute costs, and improving dashboard efficiency and usability. **A Day in the Life:** The Manager - Part Out Supplier Operations will manage on-site dismantler interactions, coordinate vehicle inductions, oversee part cataloging and warehousing and manage outgoing part logistics. This position reports to the Senior Director Part Out Operations and is based in Atlanta, GA.
