Head of Demand Gen, Enterprise
Scrunch LLC
Supply chain manager job in San Francisco, CA
About Scrunch
Scrunch, a venture-backed startup, is on a mission to bring brands to an AI-first future-where people increasingly rely on LLMs to discover, understand, and act on information that matters to them.
As AI search and conversational agents replace traditional web search and browsing, Scrunch helps marketing teams rethink how their products and services are discovered and surfaced on AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and more-working with AI platforms, not against them. This shift represents the biggest change to marketing since the dawn of the internet.
With $26M in backing from Mayfield Fund, Decibel, Homebrew, GTM Capital, and leading Silicon Valley founders and operators, Scrunch has scaled rapidly since commercial launch. Today, more than 500 paying brands-including Fortune 500 companies like Lenovo, category‑defining brands like Skims, and breakout startups like Clerk-use the platform.
About the Role
We're hiring a Head of Enterprise Growth Marketing to own and scale our enterprise marketing pipeline end to end.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who has built enterprise pipegen motions from the ground up and knows not just how to define an effective strategy but how to execute and turn said strategy into predictable, repeatable pipeline.
You'll fully own the enterprise marketing pipeline number, manage and grow a high‑performing SDR team, and partner deeply with Sales to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue impact.
You won't just run programs-you'll define the enterprise growth motion, set the operating model, and build the systems, team, and playbooks that power long‑term scale.
Your north star: Enterprise pipeline.
What You'll Do
Own Enterprise Growth & Pipeline
Own the enterprise marketing pipeline target and performance against it.
Define enterprise growth strategy, annual planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Build a predictable enterprise growth engine that's channel agnostic (everything from warm intros to outbound to targeted ABM).
Establish clear attribution, metrics, and operating cadence tied to pipeline and revenue.
Lead Enterprise programs
Architect and oversee full‑funnel enterprise programs including outbound pipegen, ABM, events, executive experiences, partner plays, and strategic gifting.
Design multi‑channel programs that feel bespoke and high‑signal, not high‑volume.
Leverage AI and modern tooling to personalize at scale and increase team leverage.
Set creative direction in partnership with design to ensure consistency, quality, and differentiation.
Build & manage the SDR function
Own the SDR function for enterprise, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
Define targeting, account strategy, sequencing, and handoff in close partnership with Sales leadership.
Ensure SDR activity is tightly integrated with marketing signals, events, and campaigns.
Continuously evolve the SDR + marketing motion as the company scales.
Deep Sales Partnership
Partner hand‑in‑hand with Enterprise Sales leadership to align on ICPs, account lists, deal strategy, and pipeline goals.
Enable AEs with timely, relevant plays that support deal creation and acceleration.
Act as a strategic thought partner to Sales on where to invest for the highest enterprise pipeline return.
Measurement, Optimization & Leadership
Track performance across the full funnel-focusing on pipeline as your North star metric; not just MQLs or engagement.
Regularly report results, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.
Test, learn, and iterate- scaling what works and sunsetting what doesn't.
Build and mentor a high‑performing enterprise growth team over time.
What You'll Bring
8-12+ years of B2B growth, demand gen, or ABM experience focused on enterprise buyers.
Proven experience owning an enterprise pipeline number and forecasting against it.
People management experience, including building and leading SDR teams or enterprise‑focused growth functions.
Demonstrated success designing programs that generated meaningful enterprise pipeline and revenue.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying motions, longer deal cycles, and multi‑stakeholder sales.
Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in a fast‑moving startup environment.
Deep familiarity with modern growth, intent, analytics, and automation tools-without being tool‑dependent.
High ownership mindset, strong judgment, and comfort operating with ambiguity.
Scrunch AI is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and identities. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Procurement Manager
Primer 4.6
Supply chain manager job in San Francisco, CA
Fixing our K-12 education system is a civilizationally-important problem. We believe that all of our problems - including the ones that dominate the headlines - are downstream of education.
We have a simple thesis on how to solve it: empower 1,000's of educators to launch microschools in their communities.
We believe the historical tradeoff between price (tuition) and quality is a false dichotomy.
PrimerOS automates and eliminates much of the costs of traditional schools. Microschools have a structural advantage - asset-light real estate - which means much lower capex and opex. You put it together, and you get something that's never existed before: a world-class education that's accessible to normal American families and can rapidly scale.
About the Role
Primer is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to establish and operate a scalable procurement function in support of our growing national school network. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with end-to-end ownership of sourcing, purchasing workflows, and vendor management. You'll be our first dedicated procurement hire, responsible for building structure while maintaining speed and flexibility in a fast-growing environment.
This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, Facilities, and Operations to drive disciplined purchasing, vendor standardization, and on-time delivery across a diverse set of spend categories, playing a critical part in improving cost discipline, reducing last-minute purchasing, and creating consistency as we scale.
Responsibilities
Own procurement intake, demand planning, and purchase order execution across all departments and spend categories
Partner closely with Finance and Accounts Payable to ensure purchases align with approved budgets, accounting controls, and payment processes
Establish and maintain lightweight procurement workflows, intake processes, and purchasing standards to support consistency and financial controls without slowing operations
Lead procurement planning for new school launches, annual refreshes, and mid-year needs across the campus lifecycle
Develop and maintain standardized bills of materials (BOMs) for each stage of campus operations, spanning instructional supplies, furniture, technology, and equipment
Drive vendor consolidation and bulk purchasing strategies by sourcing and negotiating with commercial suppliers to improve pricing, reliability, and service levels
Transition organizational spend (>90% target) from retail or ad hoc purchasing to standardized, commercial vendor relationships through preferred vendor programs
Own procurement and contract administration for curriculum and instructional vendors, including books, software, and subscription-based services
Partner with the education team to source, negotiate, issue purchase orders, and manage renewals for curriculum providers in alignment with academic and budgetary priorities
Monitor vendor performance, manage relationships, and drive continuous improvement in procurement efficiency and cost savings
What we're looking for
4+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management within an asset-heavy or multi-site organization (education experience is a plus but not required)
Demonstrated experience supporting facilities, real estate, or operations-driven purchasing categories with comfort owning the full procurement lifecycle
Strong working knowledge of Excel and experience working within ERP and spend-management tools (e.g., NetSuite, Ramp, or similar)
Proven stakeholder-management skills with the ability to balance end-user needs while enforcing budget discipline and procurement standards
Comfortable operating as a team-of-one and energized by building structure where little exists
Excited to own a broad and diverse purchasing portfolio across multiple spend categories with a hands-on approach that blends strategy with day-to-day execution
Why this role may not be a fit
If you prefer working within an established procurement team with defined processes rather than building a function from the ground up
If you're seeking deep specialization in a single subdomain (e.g., construction-only, equipment-only, or software-only procurement) rather than managing diverse spend categories
If you prefer a purely strategic role over one that requires hands-on, day-to-day execution and operational ownership
If you're looking for a role with direct reports or management responsibilities in the near term (this will be an individual contributor role for the next 12-18 months)
If you're uncomfortable with ambiguity and prefer highly structured environments with established workflows and clear precedents
If you believe education is worth rebuilding and you want to work on something with generational purpose, apply to Primer.

Supply Chain Director
Anode Technology Company
Supply chain manager job in San Francisco, CA
Director of Supply Chain
Company: Anode Technology Company
About Us
Anode exists to accelerate the monumental shift away from the supersystem of extraction, processing, and burning of fossil fuels-toward lightweight capture and consumption from entirely renewable sources. We're building scalable, silent, flexible, and efficient mobile energy infrastructure to power the zero-emission future. Our mobile battery energy storage systems (mBESS) represent a new category of clean, deployable power.
Position Overview
Anode is seeking its first Director of Supply Chain to establish the foundation of our sourcing, procurement, and cost-management disciplines. This is a hands-on, high-ownership individual contributor role that will evolve into a leadership position as Anode transitions from low-volume prototype builds to serialized production in 2027.
You will manage procurement activities spanning rapid prototype component sourcing to multi-million-dollar supply agreements with OEM partners. You will build and maintain the manufacturing bill of materials (MBOM), establish supplier relationships, and ensure that realized and projected costs are clear, traceable, and actionable. A critical near-term priority is developing a contract manufacturing partnership in 2026 to support Anode's path to high-volume manufacturing. As our organization scales, you will shape sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and manufacturing partnerships-laying the groundwork for a supply chain that can grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Manufacturing Partnership: Lead the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of a contract manufacturing partner in 2026 to support both low-volume prototype production and future high-volume serialized manufacturing. Define technical requirements, establish quality standards, and structure partnerships that can scale with product demand.
Supplier Development & Management: Develop and manage a diverse supplier base spanning local fabricators, component distributors, and major OEM partners. Negotiate terms, monitor performance, and maintain trusted relationships that balance cost, quality, and delivery schedule.
Cost Management & MBOM Ownership: Build and maintain organized, accurate manufacturing bills of materials that reflect both realized prototype costs and projected production costs. Work with engineering teams to capture design changes and ensure cost implications are visible and tracked.
Strategic Sourcing & Risk Mitigation: Navigate evolving tariffs, supply disruptions, and regional manufacturing dynamics. Identify alternate sources, evaluate total cost of ownership, and develop long-term sourcing strategies that balance cost competitiveness with supply chain resilience.
Procurement Execution: Own day-to-day purchasing activities across mechanical, electrical, and system components-driving competitive quotes, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery to support rapid hardware iteration and prototype builds.
Operational Foundation: Establish scalable supply chain processes, documentation practices, and cost-modeling frameworks that will support the transition to serialized production-creating systems and standards that can mature with the company.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to translate design requirements into sourcing strategies, manage component lead times, and resolve supply-related technical or schedule challenges.
Qualifications
Must Have:
7+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement roles within hardware or manufacturing environments
Proven ability to operate both tactically and strategically-comfortable managing immediate procurement needs while building long-term sourcing plans
Demonstrated success managing complex supplier bases across varied component categories and price points
Experience with cost tracking, BOM maintenance, and supplier negotiations for electromechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials; comfortable engaging directly with engineers to clarify requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills in fast-paced, early-stage environments
Preferred:
Experience evaluating, selecting, and onboarding contract manufacturers for electromechanical or energy systems
Background in energy storage, electric vehicles, heavy equipment, or other electrified hardware systems
Experience scaling manufacturing operations from prototype to low-volume and high-volume production
Understanding of contract manufacturing models, quality systems (ISO, AS9100, etc.), and supplier qualification processes
Familiarity with tariff impacts, regional sourcing strategies, and cost-reduction methodologies
Experience with ERP or PLM systems for BOM and procurement management
Why This Role Matters
As Anode's first supply chain hire, you will define how we source, procure, and cost-manage the components that power our mobile energy systems. Your work will enable engineering and manufacturing teams to move quickly and confidently-turning design intent into reliable, cost-effective hardware. This is a foundational role that will directly shape our operational capabilities and our ability to scale from prototype to production.
