Responsibilities:
Represent SC at the Head / GM of LCS stakeholder staff on the delivery of the $230+M Factory Services business. Drive internal SC functions to deliver on the LCS strategic growth plans. Work with LCS BU to support core SC priorities and requirements. Represent SC at LCS QBW and BU exec reviews.
Engage with market category and sales leaders to review delivery/cost performance and to partner on business growth initiatives.
Engage with LCS product management to develop and execute the factory services portfolio and roadmap. Work within SC to deliver on cost savings requirements and the technology enablement to deliver.
Partner with factory operations and SC engineering to manage the on-time and quality delivery of configured PCs from our WW factories.
Flawlessly and timely manage all factory services escalations. Lead cross functional teams (BU, SC, Factory, IT, Sales, Category) to drive containment, corrective action, root cause, and prevention. Effective communication to align exec stakeholders and customers.
Develop and implement comprehensive Supply Chain Factory Services strategies that encompasses pan-SC functional capabilities (engineering, logistics, factory) to deliver best in class capabilities to enable double digit YoY growth for LCS.
Oversee the development and management of the SC Factory Service cost/budget, providing regular updates to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Demonstrated success in highly complex Supply Chain business environment that requires multi-functional collaboration and conflict management.
Financial Acumen - Unique mastery in operational budget/cost management, able to see the financial effects and relationships of various aspects of the business and can effortlessly communicate upstream and downstream implications of a decision's impact on financial performance.
Thought Leadership including strategic planning and conflict management including executive escalations
Information Process Capability in grasping just enough technical details to steer technical direction that has critical impact on the overall business
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management, balance need to understand details and strategic level summaries. Clearly create and communicate broader vision and strategic focus.
