Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP processes and transactional flows relevant to supply chain operations; partner with IT and functional teams for system enhancements, testing, and rollouts. Develop, pilot, and deploy automation solutions (RPA, macros, scripts, workflows) to eliminate manual work, improve data quality, and accelerate process throughput. Use programming and scripting (Python, VB, TypeScript, SQL, ABAP, or other relevant languages) to extract, transform, and analyze data, create lightweight tools, or integrate systems where appropriate. Build and maintain dashboards and analytics (Power BI, MS Project, SAP BW/HANA) to monitor KPIs, track project outcomes, and provide decision support to stakeholders. Implement solutions effectively, ensuring measurable improvements in customer service, inventory management, demand variability, or cost reduction. Provide regular project updates to Supply Chain leadership and communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Develop and utilize a strong troubleshooting toolset (root cause analysis, statistical analysis, process mapping) to address and resolve supply chain challenges. Create and maintain technical and process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for both system and process changes. Technical/Functional Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends. Hands-on SAP experience-configuration, support, or functional use-preferably in modules such as MM, SD, PP, or WM; familiarity with SAP reporting (BW/HANA), Fiori, IDocs, BAPIs, etc. is highly desirable. Proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions (Blue Prism, Power Automate, VB, Power Query). Programming and scripting skills (Python, VB, Typescript, SQL, ABAP, or equivalent) to support data extraction, ETL, analytics, and integration tasks. Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (Power BI) to create insightful dashboards and self-service reports. Strong learning agility and capacity to adapt to new tools, systems, and business challenges. Proven experience in process analysis, Lean methodologies, and problem-solving (DMAIC, A3, value stream mapping). Effective team collaboration and cross-functional communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated project management experience with successful project execution and measurable outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
