The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:

+ Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations

Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Utilities while advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs
+ Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs supporting Utilities clients ( (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Utilities Clients
+ Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people), including in a Global Delivery model
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

What you will do
You will collaborate closely with external manufacturing sites by monitoring available capacity, monitoring and managing component availability to ensure supply plans can be fulfilled, and actively mitigating and resolving any product supply and/or customer service issues. You will also manage inventory levels and the deployment of finished goods according to customer demands and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborating with management and appropriate internal teams of the current and future status of product supply for existing products, as well as for future launches.
· Escalating any issues that will affect the organization's ability to meet customer needs and/or fulfilling targeted supply plans.

· Supporting master data setup in SAP/APO including, but not limited to, the following master data elements: material/product masters and BOM's. Ensure data accuracy for planning values, shutdown, changeover, project work for those sites where McNeil RCCP planning tools are utilized.
· Collaborating with project managers and/or appropriate personnel to ensure the SAP/cMAT material set up of all new codes for proper system planning, the ability to cut POs and reporting and releasing capabilities.

Job Description:
The Director, Supply Chain and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Operations will be responsible for supporting the development of the North America market supply chain solution to ensure adequate inventory is available and supplied for patient use, using data to synthesize information in support of Trade partner activity. The Director will also be primarily responsible for heading up the daily relationship between Ipsen and its 3PL provider in all functions related to Trade customer needs, as well as any health care and patient needs that fall under the influence control of the 3PL.
Critical to the successful execution of this role and the business relationship management is the ongoing collaboration and involvement of key stakeholders in understanding the validity and confidence of monthly forecasting, sales trends, and marketing initiatives to support the coordination of Supply Chain activities and to validate assumptions about demand forecasts. Furthermore, the incumbent must be comfortable guiding and leading without authority, in particular in working with the 3PL to maintain compliance against expectations and requirements.
Main Responsibilities & Job Expectations
Primary objectives of the Director Supply Chain and Third-Party Logistics:
• To be the primary liaison with Global Supply Chain and have functional responsibility for management of the company's domestic and global commercial and clinical inventory management, clinical trial materials, and commercial supply production planning for manufacturing at the affiliate sites in the United States.
• Responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of and managing day to day operations at Ipsen's Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, ensuring appropriate inventories are viable, managing the daily interaction between 3PL Customer Service and Ipsen, coordinating special needs and special requests to meet patient and customer needs; review and management of daily activities, financial, product, and logistical flows with the primary goal of connecting patients with the product and the secondary goal of supporting Ipsen's needs.
