J. Gibson "Gib" Watson, III, CIMA® – Vice Chairman

Gib Watson is Vice Chairman, Envestnet Inc. (NYSE: ENV) with responsibility for the firm’s Envestnet | PMC division and for driving growth in Envestnet Retirement Solutions. Mr. Watson also serves on Envestnet’s Investment Committee which has oversight on the company’s investment advisory and investment management framework.

Previously, Mr. Watson had served as Group President of Envestnet | Prima, an operating division of Envestnet, Inc., following the successful acquisition of Prima Capital in April 2012. In that role, he coordinated the integration of Prima’s research, due diligence, advice and technology into Envestnet | PMC and Envestnet’s Advisor Suite of Solutions. He directed business strategy for the division, oversaw sales, marketing and product development initiatives, served on the company’s Investment Committee, and consulted with clients. Mr. Watson founded Prima Capital Holding, Inc. at end of year 1999. Since inception, Prima has grown to be recognized as a leading provider of institutional quality research, due diligence and advice on separately managed accounts, mutual funds, and ETFs to banks, broker-dealers, financial advisors, and retirement advisors.

Brad Ackerman is a Chief Compliance Officer at Swan Global Investments and is based in Florida.
