Vijay is an experienced CTO/CIO proficient in Product Engineering, Automation Engineering (Service / Datacenter /End Point Automation ) , IT Strategy, and Managed Services Operations . Experienced Professional with successful track record of over 26+ years.

Vijay is presently the Sr VP & CTO for the Innovation,Product Management , Engineering and Pre-sales of the ITIL Certified Platform ‘SUMMIT’ . SUMMIT is a Next Generation enterprise Cognitive ITOM software product that is available on Public and Private Cloud.

Vijay has been also involved in building Global strategic alliances with Managed Service Providers, Consulting Firms and SI’s for the Product Sales globally.

Vijay has been the architect of the Cognitive ITOM Platform since inception . As a result of the cutting edge innovation in Operational Intelligence , Automation, and several cool features developed in the product, Symphony technology group spun off the Summit product platform into a new company called Symphony SUMMIT with substantial R&D investments to make the product commercially available for the Enterprises.

Vijay was recently the Vice President & CIO - (Global IT & Managed Services) @ Symphony Teleca heading the Infrastructure , Enterprise Applications and the IT Automation Engineering team spread across 13 countries. Vijay also ran the Managed Services business with a profitable P&L.

In this role, Vijay was responsible for Designing and implementation of ERP with complete automation of the Finance, HR , Facilities and IT processes resulting in complete visibility of Data to the Symphony Management including the P&L and resource utilization at the Project level in 6-7 months.

Vijay was also instrumental in providing leadership in getting World’s First Certification on Software Asset Management ‘CSS(O)’ from ‘Business software alliance’ , Worlds First ITIL Certification (BS15000) , ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 (ITIL) certification for the Enterprises.
