Help build experience blueprints, target‑state concepts, and roadmaps.
Evaluate operational, technical, and organizational blockers to digital adoption.
Support KPI development, measurement frameworks, and impact analysis.

Work directly with client stakeholders to gather inputs, test ideas, and present insights.
Support facilitation of workshops, interviews, and working sessions.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication in all client‑facing interactions.
Build trust through professionalism, preparedness, and quality of work.
6. Practice Development & Team Contribution
Contribute to internal POVs, assets, and templates for digital strategy and experience work.
Support the growth of our healthcare consumer digital practice through research, thought leadership, and project excellence.
Mentor Analysts and Consultants with guidance on analysis, UX methods, deliverable quality, and consulting fundamentals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, digital consulting, consumer experience, UX design, or product‑related roles.
