Senior finance leader with a strong understanding of accounting concepts, accounting systems and their operation across various finance functions, and a high level of attention to detail. Twenty years of accounting and financial management experience, including nearly three years of public accounting, six plus years of corporate accounting, eight plus years of financial consulting, and currently serving as a finance director for a government contractor. Current role as Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis for a $130M+ government contractor includes leading a reporting and analysis function to support management and private equity ownership group in growing the company. Consulting experience included financial audit and revenue recognition support for a multi-billion dollar professional services firm, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, balance sheet reviews, legal entity mergers, statutory reporting and audit support for a multi-billion dollar international telecommunications firm, and financial planning and analysis for a security services government contractor. Corporate accounting experience includes financial statement and audit preparation, project management of financial systems and web reporting software implementations, and oversight of the financial reporting and asset management functions at a large non-profit corporation. Public accounting experience includes oversight of financial statement and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133 audits.

Her intimate knowledge of System High’s overall capabilities along with current and future contractual obligations is vital to the success of the corporation. She continuously provides top-notch leadership guided by the System High core values of integrity, commitment, and respect.

Sarah Lord is a Chief Operating Officer at System High Corporation and is based in Haymarket, Virginia.
