Table XI Leadership

I am passionate about envisioning and delivering software that matters, to people and to businesses. I believe this takes leadership that challenges norms, builds an environment where people can excel, and hones in on the right opportunity. I enjoy working at the intersection of technology, product and data.My experience includes founding and managing a new geographic region (Africa) for ThoughtWorks, building new organizational capabilities (the Continuous Delivery Consulting Practice) and delivering software ranging from a hedge fund algorithmic platform to a digital marketing targeting solution to continuous delivery / devops platforms that speed development.

Claire Podulka leads delivery of pragmatic, human-centered digital products. She is currently Chief Delivery Officer at Table XI, a product innovation firm. Prior to joining Table XI, she led content development as managing editor for ThinkCERCA, an award-winning edtech literacy product.

Before pivoting her career into tech, she spent a decade in project management at large enterprise organizations, and before that, she was a rock journalist and a private detective. She holds a bachelor's degree in a subject irrelevant to her current work and occasionally does storytelling in the backs of bars to crowds of literally tens of people.

Alicia Drucker is a Director of Software Delivery, Head of Staffing, Management Team at Table XI; Volunteer at Lambert House LGBTQ Youth Community Center; and Chief Employee Experience Officer (CEXO) at Table XI and is based in Seattle, Washington. She has worked as Senior Consultant at Thoughtworks, Assistant Language Teacher at JET Programme, and Business Analyst and Project Manager at DRW. Alicia attended Northwestern University between 2001 and 2005 and University of Edinburgh between 2004 and 2004.
