Your Next Career Opportunity - Tower Crew Lead
Supervise and perform construction duties on a daily basis ensuring quality construction for expedited commercial deployment of services. Supervise subcontractors and job site personnel to complete scope of work assigned.
What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities
* Inspect and approve all sub-contractor's work.
* Schedule and coordinate with all local authorities for required inspections.
* Complete work in a timely and efficient manner by planning, prioritizing and mobilizing staff, materials and subcontractors to meet progression schedule.
* Ensure Construction Supervisor is apprised of construction progress, concerns and deviations from plans or established schedule.
* Identify all materials and other resources needed to complete project.

About the Role:
Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Skilled Laborer to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Henderson Mill, located in Parshall, Colorado, near Silverthorne. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years.
As a Concrete Finisher at Graham, you will:
Direct pouring, tamps, screeds, floats; and prepares for finishing troweling and edging
Install and grout concrete pipe, as required for modifications
Place and finish concrete floors, driveways, sidewalks, curbs, bridge decks and other concrete structures
Apply architectural, exposed, patterned or stamped, broomed and smooth finishes on concrete surfaces
Use dry pack grouting and epoxy materials, and understand how to cure concrete properly
Level and smooth the surface, round the edges, and make joints or grooves to help control cracking on the surface
Set the forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth and alignment
Monitor how the wind, heat, or cold affect the curing of the concrete throughout the entire process
Produce rough concrete surface, using broom
Cut out damaged areas, drill holes for reinforcing rods, and position reinforcing rods to repair concrete, using power saw and drill
Build wooden molds, and clamp molds around area to be repaired, using hand tools
Polish surface, using polishing or surfacing machine
