Up to date I had a privilege of working on challenging data insight projects with The Coca-Cola Company, Heineken, Macy’s, American Bankers Association, Polo Ralph Lauren, Bloomingdales, Hudson Bay Company (Saks 5th Avenue, Saks Off 5th), Boots, Homebase, Ferrero Rocher, Statoil, Dixons Carphone, T-Mobile, Absolut Vodka, Adidas, Porsche, Ermenegildo Zegna, Disney Pictures and more.

Nearly 20 years of professional experience with successful delivery of numerous projects for medium, large and enterprise clients. Delivered projects included data analysis and business intelligence platforms, data collection and integration tools, data reporting platforms and Machine Learning applications with my role as a solution architect or a team leader.

Building and leading teams - Recognised for management and organisational skills while leading interdisciplinary teams. I was a co-founder and member of the board of directors of The Ministry of Ideas since 2008 till 2016. Between January 2017 and October 2019 I was a member of FreshMail board of directors as company's CTO, leading cultural shift towards an open minded and learning company environment. In November 2019 I joined Talent Alpha board of directors as CTO leading the product development team and being responsible for its product, data and engineering strategy.

Solutions consulting - Experienced in managing, consulting as well as leading data driven strategic initiatives and executing implementations of data platforms, including cultural changes of the data-driven approach. Direct contact with stakeholders - projects sponsors, owners and users, including senior management of large corporations. I'm a great fan of fostering organisational culture, DDD, Event Storming, Event-Driven Architecture, Big Data solutions and applied ML/AI.

Product Management - Responsible for assessing product goals, driving product vision, leading interdisciplinary teams and driving bottom-up innovation. Ensuring smooth work on the product through visibility, transparency and appropriate metrics to projects stakeholders while identifying risks and opportunities.
