• Successful spin off and listing. Doubled share price within two years as Interim CFO for Buwog AG.

• Termination and refinancing of a convertible bond as Interim CFO for Buwog AG.

• Acquisition of the stock listed AWD as CFO for Swiss Life Germany.

► FINANCING:

• Led the repayment of non-performing loans as Interim CEO for Deutsche Eigenheim AG.

• Reduced the average interest rate from 2.6% to 2.1% as Interim CFO for Buwog AG.

• Successfully negotiated and executed prolongation of non-performing loans as Interim CRO for Buss.

► RESTRUCTURING:

• Restructured a listed property developer as Interim CEO of Deutsche Eigenheim AG.

• Executed strategic restructuring plan and installing own departments as Interim CFO for Buwog AG.
