PMO INTERN Gentherm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PMO Intern to support the ongoing development of our Program Management Process (PMP) enterprise framework. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES PMO Process Development & Documentation: Assist in updating and standardizing Program Management Process (PMP) documentation, templates, and playbooks. Create quick reference guides and visual process maps. Support rollout of PMP best practices across functions. KPI & Dashboard Support: Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to track program KPIs. Integrate data from JIRA, PowerMS, and TeamCenter. Assist with data validation, trend analysis, and executive reporting. Change Management & Governance Support: Track engineering changes and approvals in TeamCenter. Maintain Change Control Board (CCB) documentation and support communication efforts. Training & Knowledge Management: Contribute to PMO training modules, onboarding materials, and short video tutorials. Organize the PMO SharePoint site for knowledge access. Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research on PMO maturity models and process improvement trends. Present findings and recommendations for continuous improvement. Your Role As an Automation Intern, you'll join our AUTOSAR team to help automate ECU software testing processes for next-generation automotive systems. This role is perfect for someone passionate about automation, software testing, and automotive technology. You'll work on real-world projects that reduce manual effort, improve test coverage, and accelerate development cycles - all while gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and frameworks. What You'll Do: Learn and apply AUTOSAR concepts and tools like DaVinci Developer/Configurator, EB tresos, CANoe, and CAPL. Automate configuration validation (e.g., ARXML checks, BSW module setup). Develop scripts for functional test execution and result analysis using Python. Generate test reports from CANoe logs and create dashboards for visualization. Contribute to building a reusable automation framework and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines (stretch goal). Document processes and provide usage guidelines for the automation framework. What You'll Need: Currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, or a related field. Basic programming knowledge (preferably Python).
