The Senior AuditManager leads a team of audit professionals and provides specialized in-depth subject matter expertise with respect to Securities and Wealth Compliance, including the regulatory requirements of FINRA, SEC, CFTC, etc. May also act as a specialized resource on other audits. May be responsible for contributing to the planning, risk assessment and/or execution of audits and/or related processes specific to securities and wealth compliance. The Senior Auditor - U.S. Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) plays a critical role in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations for TD Bank's Governance, Risk & Oversight Functions. This role supports audit engagements through evaluating, documenting, and testing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls under manager guidance.
