Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Use independent judgment and initiative to perform administrative, clerical, and secretarial duties in support of I/DD programs or groups of employees.

Purpose of the Position: Reporting to the designated Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) local agency staff, the WIC Buddy Specialist leads the local agency's WIC Buddy Program activities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The Program Leader will be serving as a key liaison for community members and citizen inquires addressing questions and concerns related to recreational programs, special events and facility rentals. This role involves developing curriculum, coordinating with contract instructors, maintaining structured schedules for rentals,programs and daily operations in collaboration with the staff and vendors, while aligning activities with departmental goals and community needs.

* Coordinating and supervising daily operations including staff scheduling and training, marketing, and public engagement

* Managing rental bookings for a wide variety of indoor and outdoor facilities

* Are you qualifying based on education? Submit a copy of your college transcript (unofficial is acceptable) or a list of coursework with hours completed.
* Are you a veteran entitled to preference? Submit Member Copy 4 of your DD-214 or other (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty) or notice form. * Position title;
* Type of appointment (Schedule A, Schedule C, Non-career SES, or Presidential Appointee);
* Agency; and
* Beginning and ending dates of appointment.

Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications.
