Dave has 20 years of experience in technology leadership positions. He was previously CEO of SANRAD, a venture-funded storage networking company, which he joined in 2006. He also helped found LeftHand Networks, a Boulder-based company recently sold to Hewlett Packard. Prior to that, Dave was with Hewlett-Packard. Dave began his professional career as a field engineer in North and West Africa with Schlumberger Ltd. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard. An avid skier and wannabe competitive cyclist, Dave lives in Boulder with wife Deb and two children, Mariel and Gabe. He enjoys reading, cooking and microbreweries.

Laura Greene is an Head of Business Operations and Chief of Staff at TeamSnap Inc and is based in Asheville, North Carolina. She has worked as Operations & Business Services Summer Analyst at JPMorgan Chase &, CTE Teacher at Panther Creek High School, and Sourcing Recruiter at Systematic Business Consulting. Laura studied at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 2010 and 2011, The College of Saint Rose between 2011 and 2012, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management between 2006 and 2010.

I am a pioneer in cultivating distributed companies.

My purpose is to foster environments within companies where people can bring their whole selves every day. I fundamentally believe that when people are not hiding their truth, they can be their most effective and impactful. I am a leader who inspires people to bring their whole selves to work every day. By encouraging people to be fully present, I grow results that exceed expectations.

I care most about growing diverse teams that are highly collaborative and autonomous. By focusing on this mission, I strive to increase all people's opportunities throughout the technology industry. I am steadfast in the belief that there are better ways to work. Too many people have been pushed away for not conforming to an antiquated methodology rooted in the industrial revolution.

To further this pursuit, beyond leading companies, I also coach and advise startups and emerging leaders around technology, growing their organization's culture, and how to recognize and use their power.
