The Position
The IT Helpdesk role focuses on supporting team members (end users) through the help desk system. LTCC is proud to offer a variety of degree and certification programs to students. Enrollment Services is a student's first stop to registering for classes either to complete a degree, continue their education, or transfer to a four-year institution. Serving about 3,000 each quarter, students can pursue a wide variety of interests at LTCC such as the Lake Tahoe Basin Fire Academy program and offerings in allied health, business administration, commercial music, criminal justice, digital media, and wilderness education. The college calendar is based on the quarter system, with each quarter 12 weeks long. Following the three quarters there is a six-week summer session.

COMPENSATION:
Salary Range: LTCC offers a competitive compensation package that includes a starting placement salary of $49,952 to $55,153 annually, dependent on education and experience. There is potential to reach $63,958 annually, through step advancement plus longevity when appropriate. In addition to base salary, this position qualifies for extra bilingual (Spanish), masters or doctorate pay.
Benefits: Health and Welfare benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long term disability. Several plan options maintain a zero monthly premium cost from the employee and include full coverage of a gold-level medical plan that, on average, covers 80% of healthcare expenses for a standard population. LTCC also matches 27% of an eligible employee's salary and contributes it into a CalPERS pension account for qualifying employees.
Work-Life Balance: This position is 40 hours per week and 12 months per year, including summer and winter hours. Hours are expected to be Monday-Friday, generally within the hours of 8 am to 5 pm, hours may vary according to the needs of the program. This position is eligible for overtime compensation (non-exempt). This position may qualify for LTCC's telecommute program, which allows employees the opportunity to telecommute for up to 20% of the work week after completion of a three-month qualifying period.

The pay range for this position is $45,000-$70,000 Salary + commission. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, functional limitations, and mobility goals based on therapist assessment findings and physician orders. This includes assessing physical abilities, environmental factors, and lifestyle considerations.
* Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists (PT,OT,SLP), clients and caregivers to develop individualized plans of care to achieve client mobility goals.
