Responsibilities:
Utilizes clinical reasoning which includes a global grasp of situations, critical thinking, decision-making, critical actions, priority setting, and escalation of concerns with associated knowledge, skills, and evidence-based guidelines in managing computerized tomographic radiograph imaging.
Works on behalf of the patients/significant others in representing their concerns and helping resolve ethical and clinical issues that impact the patient's situation. Uses effective communication to escalate concerns to appropriate one up leader. Goes extra mile to attend to patient exam requests.
Creates a compassionate, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff with the aim of promoting comfort and healing and preventing unnecessary suffering or harm. Recognizes patient concern and reacts appropriately, including documentation of events.
Educates patient before scanning procedure explaining the procedure and answering patient questions.
Involves multidisciplinary team as well as patient/significant others to promote optimal and realistic goals and outcomes. Works with other departments to create an effective patient exam flow to include avoiding conflicting procedures and delay of patient care as well as effective utilization of limited technical and clinical resources.
Uses high standards and evidence-based practices along with questioning, research, and evaluation skills to provide informed and/or change practice. Properly assesses patient condition for the candidate for imaging. Performs necessary clinical and technical safety checks and screening processes, validates reasons for the exam with the patient before scanning, addresses all safety concerns before scanning, and performs red rules to ensure the right patient/right exam/right order. Understand the importance of performing necessary safety/calibration/quality checks per established protocols. Do not image patients without an order or without performing necessary safety, lab, and conflicting exam reviews.
Other clinic duties as assigned/where applicable.

The Role:
PBS Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Client Services team. This role will support the PBS Install Services Team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide top quality knowledge to our clients who contact our call center for issues or services providing immediate solutions and services or escalating, if necessary, to other departments. Technical Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling trouble shooting, documenting issues, training customers, and following up on incidents relating to our software/services and performing implementations.
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming external and internal issues, concerns, and requests through all our support channels (Phone, Email, Live Chat, etc.) within our department, and ensuring they are addressed in a professional and timely manner
Logging and documenting all customer interactions within our ticketing system and escalating matters as required
Collaborating with other groups/departments to streamline service delivery
Identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the client's experience
Develop knowledge and understanding of our software and the supporting Infrastructure
Achieving relevant certification in line with department needs and requirements
Achieving and exceeding KPI targets and other Metrics defined by the department

Qualifications:

WHAT YOU'LL DOThe Food & Nutrition (F&N) TechnicalAssistance Specialist will perform advanced consultative services and technicalassistance.
You will provide policy guidance, program expertise, implementation, and process direction to Education Service Centers (ESCs), community organizations, and the general public.
You will work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide clarification and procedural guidance to all Contracting Entities (CE) to ensure consistent messaging and accurate technicalassistance on behalf of the agency.
Provide accurate training and procedural guidance to all CE on all food and nutrition programs.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the federal nutrition programs to include orientation and training on all food program areas and provide excellent technicalassistance to customers that accurately reflects TDA guidance.
Review and identify training topics and materials that are needed to address CE audit performance and CE training requests across the state for child nutrition programs.
Keep abreast of the laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to provide guidance and direction to designated or identified workgroups on policy affecting efforts to support federal nutrition programs.
Collaborate in policy and compliance meetings, providing relevant information on operational and current processes to ensure proper understanding and coordinated direction, including the resolution of noncompliance and related issues.
Participates in program planning, development, and implementation, including determining trends and resolving technical problems.
Follow all TDA policies and procedures.

) Bachelor's degree.
(one year of work experience related to the duties and responsibilities may substitute for one year of college) Minimum three (3) years of work experience as a Child Nutrition Director, ESC Consultant, or manager of community programs such as childcare centers, day care homes, or adult centers with operational and managerial application for the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
Work experience reviewing, analyzing, and/or applying federal and state policies to federal programs.
Work experience in developing and providing one-on-one and group training to a diverse audience.
Work experience analyzing and interpreting data for program effectiveness.
Valid Texas driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's or Master's degree in institutional management, nutrition, dietetics, family and consumer science, public health, instructional design, or related field.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
