Job Summary
The Helpdesk Technician serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical support and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service for company-supported computer applications and platforms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to employees in person, by phone, or email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of hardware, software, and mobile device issues.

Minimum Qualifications
