In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of service-related functions, including the repair, maintenance, and performance verification of assigned products, including demo equipment and instruments returned from customers. Provides direct oversight to the operation, maintenance and repairs on commercial grade heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and multi-zone systems that incorporate pneumatic, electronic, and/or programmable logic controls. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems to promote safe and efficient operation of HVAC Systems, refrigeration units, potable water systems, electricity production systems, and associated equipment. Inspect parts, machinery, and mechanical equipment. Completes major repairs and/or maintenance. Installs, repairs, and replaces equipment, piping and fittings for various systems. Install new equipment and systems; maintain schedule for plant operation and complete all tasks assigned by facilities management team.
