Josselyn Boudett is founder and chief executive officer of Telepathy Labs, an artificial intelligence (AI) technology company delivering untapped levels of new operational capacities, across all business verticals, for global enterprises by transforming outdated infrastructures into adaptive, intelligent and predictive AI-powered systems. Josselyn founded the company in 2016 with a goal of building “an intelligent agent on top of a company” – an artificially intelligent framework built just for enterprises, in which it would bring instant and actionable knowledge to sales, workflow, and complex operations. Today, Telepathy Labs remains in stealth mode and is partnered with several of the world’s largest companies to deliver these frameworks – and with great success. With roots in technology, Josselyn brings decades of experience working in business development and intellectual property, helping software and technology companies drive innovation by building and transacting emerging tech – with a focus in data and artificial intelligence. Beginning her career at Lucent Technologies in 1997, Josselyn assisted with the company’s M&A strategies and founded a $40 million global business unit selling Lucent’s products and services in the emerging Data Networking Services (DNS) market, at the time. In 2003, Josselyn went on to start her own company, Bija Capital Advisors, a consulting firm helping private equity funds and mid-cap growth companies, especially software firms, to leverage patented and intellectual property to sell and transact with major corporations. Clients included emerging software firms, large cap private equity funds, and leading technology companies in Samsung, Asus, Acer, Hewlett Packard and Intel.
