He joined Guavus in Nov 2019 from Thales Digital Identity and Security (ex-Gemalto), where he had been in charge of various commercial and technical teams around the world for the past 15 years, with a great track record of commercial success and innovation. Keith Zubchevich

Keith was appointed President and CEO in 2021 with more than a decade of driving company success at Conviva, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to joining Conviva in 2008, Keith was Vice President of Business Development at Riverbed Technology, where he was instrumental in developing the industry leader’s go-to-market strategy and key partner relationships as the company went public. Previously, as Director of Operations at Cisco, he was responsible for storage-switching and optical solutions for both the Sales and Worldwide Channels groups, and led the launch of Cisco’s MDS storage networking technology effort, which garnered revenues of $244 million in two years. Prior to Cisco, Keith was a Regional Vice President with McDATA, where he was a member of the core team that designed and implemented the company’s sales and channel coverage model. Earlier in his career, Keith held sales management roles in the open systems divisions of Digital Equipment Corporation and StorageTek. Keith brings a wealth of leadership expertise and functional capabilities to the role. He has held a range of executive positions, from sales and marketing to corporate and business development, across a variety of industry-leading technology companies, as well as emerging startups. Keith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from San Diego State University.
