Creates origin documentations for various trade agreements signed by USA, Mexico and Nicaragua
Submits origin information to external customer's portals
Provides guidance to Draexlmaier's suppliers within Americas region in regards to free trade agreements topics
Provides support to the supplier solicitation team with topics such as clarifying regulations and suppliers inquiries
Prequalification analyzes for new projects
Determines impact on parts' qualification status of various changes in the supply chain (relocalization of suppliers, changes of production sites, so)
Analyzes reasons for non-qualification, identifies measures to change the qualification status and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement
Creates periodically statistics related to preferential status of parts produced by Draexlmaier within Americas region, preferential status of materials used in production and duty payment
Performs customs duty analyses and identifies opportunities for duty reductions
Assists with tariff classification activities
Responsible for annual reconciliation filing with US customs
Creates and implements internal procedures and work instructions within customs department to ensure compliance with the customs regulations and other governmental agencies, and with Draexlmaier internal policies and procedures
Answers CBP requests for information

Job Requirements:

Job Summary
The Harm Reduction Worker (HRW) supports Lookout's Harm Reduction Program under the direction of the Program Manager. The HRW gives oversight of harm reduction supplies throughout the Society, orienting and supporting staff to carry out their duties within the harm reduction framework. The people we serve may have a variety of challenging and often overlapping problems including serious mental illness, substance abuse (including IV drug use), hygiene issues, treatment (medical, psychiatric, and rehab), and increasingly HIV+/Aids. The Asphalt Paving Machine Operator must perform daily maintenance checks and report any mechanical or safety issues to a supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Implement speech and language therapy activities as directed by the supervising SLP.
Provide direct therapy services to individuals following documented treatment plans.
Collect and record accurate data on patient performance; report observations to the supervising SLP.
Assist with screenings without interpreting results, and support the SLP during assessment activities.
Prepare therapy materials, equipment, and instructional resources.
Document patient progress in accordance with facility, district, and state guidelines.
Support carryover of communication goals into classroom, home, or community settings as directed.

· Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
· Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
· Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
· Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
