TEMSA company history timeline

1984

Manufacture of coaches began in 1984 with licensing and distribution agreements from Mitsubishi Motors.

1987

Service bus products were introduced in 1987.

2009

The TEMSA logo was redesigned in October 2009 and presented officially to the media and customers at the fair Busworld Europe in Kortrijk, Belgium.

2014

2014 – Acquisition of the company PLUSDUR, manufacturer of punches.

2016

2105 – Creation of the division TEMSA PM. 2016 – Acquisition of the company MATADUR, carbide sintering.

2017

2017 – Expansion of the facilities.

2019

In June 2019, TEMSA was purchased by True Value Capital Partners of Switzerland.

2020

In February 2020, Sabanci Holdings and Škoda Transportation have agreed and signed a letter of intent to become the new joint owners of Temsa.
